An in-person day workshop at The Open University in Milton Keynes focused on textiles and ancient religion, including practical experiments with spinning and weaving. The workshop will be led by Mary Harlow (ancient historian and expert in ancient textile production) and Fran Reilly (textile artist: www.franreillytextileartist.com), together with members of the Centre for the Study of Ancient Material Religion.
