‘From public to private: votive religion returns to the home’. A lunchtime seminar by Dr Alexandra Sofroniew (University of California Davis).

This event will be held IN PERSON on The Open University campus in Milton Keynes (Library Seminar Room 4), on Thursday 4th May 2023. ONLINE attendance is also available (see below).

The talk will begin at 1pm.

If you would like to attend the seminar in person, we will be delighted to welcome you to the Open University campus in Milton Keynes. A vegetarian & vegan buffet lunch will be available from 12.30pm. If you have any special dietary or other requirements, please email us at ancientmaterialreligion@gmail.com. Visit The Open University website for information about getting to Walton Hall and visiting the library building. Disabled parking is available behind the building and access is via a ramp and an automatic door. Toilets are available on every floor and there are two lifts as well as stairs to move you between floors. This is a free event but spaces are limited, so please follow the link below to book your place via EventBrite.
